How to set the localization for the customer in ASTPP

Introduction

Correctly set localization allows customers:

· Dial “00” international code

· Dial "+" international code

· Dial “0” swiss national code

Setup Localization manually

1. Go to "Accounts" -> "Customers" -> "Customer”

2. Click on Customer’s account

3. Scroll down and set “Localization” to “swiss”

4. Hit green button “Save”

5. You are done.

Thus, customer will be able to dial all above mentioned prefixes.

Delete Localization manually

1. Go to "Accounts" -> "Customers" -> "Customer”

2. Click on Customer’s account

3. Scroll down and set “Localization” to “—Select—”

4. Hit green button “Save”

5. You are done

Thus, customer will be able to dial only E.164 format destination.
