Introduction

The goal of this project is to modify and adjust 2 options available in ASTPP billing according to our needs:

1. Disabling the possibility for customers to create the SIP-devices

2. Enabling the mailing to the email addresses set under “Notification Email”

Problems

1. In ASTPP billing, all users (new subscribers and existing customers) when accessing to customer interface, get default possibility to create SIP Devices.
It gives possibility to immediately add Sip devices = phone numbers and start using them.

2. In ASTPP billing, Customer Profile has 2 fields for Email address. 1^st one is the one which is used for subscription (“Email”) and second one is called “Notification email”, which intends, that notification emails about the balance, payment, password change, etc. must arrive to the notification emails set under the customer profile, which is not the case.
All emails are by default emailed to the email address set under “Email” field.

Tasks

1. Freelancer must find the corresponding option in the ASTPP code in ASTPP server and disable the option for customers to create SIP Devices from customer interface.

2. Freelancer must find the corresponding option in the ASTPP code in ASTPP server and enable the option to send notification emails to the email address set in Notification Email field.

3. Test from interface the above-mentioned changes and make sure customer can not create SIP Device from customer interface and notification emails are sent to the email address in Notification Email field.

Validation

Freelancer must document the procedure from A-Z:

A. How to enter to the server?

B. Which path?

C. What to change?

D. How?

E. All steps from A-Z must be documented, so that anyone can take the doc and follow it to achieve the same result.

F. Document also must contain screen shots, showing that freelancer checked the applied changes, which are done and it corresponds to what was required in this project.

G. Someone from our side will take the doc and will follow it to achieve the same result on other ASTPP server.

H. The project is considered as done and will be paid, when all points of Tasks and Validation are done and the procedure is successfully followed by our employee.
