| Message from Chair
Dear Colleagues The IEEE International Conference on Networks (ICON2004) will be held in Singapore from November 16 - 19, 2004. Two days of tutorials/workshops and two days of technical presentations are planned for the conference. The conference will also include invited speakers, work-in-progress sessions and poster presentations and an exhibition. ICON2004 will provide an international forum for experts to discuss innovations and recent advances in computer networks and communications. Since Singapore is centrally located in the Asia Pacific region, this conference offers regional participants an opportunity to interact with their peers and other world-renowned experts in networking at a relatively low travel budget. For participants from further afield, it provides an excellent opportunity to visit the exciting East.
