Subject: Your ICIS 2006 Paper (Number 23)
Dear Mr. Emin Gabrielyan:
On behalf of the ICIS 2006 Program Committee, I am delighted to inform
you that the following paper has been accepted to appear at the
conference:
Fault-tolerant multi-path routing for real-time streaming
The Program Committee worked very hard to thoroughly review
all the submitted papers. Please repay their efforts, by following
their suggestions when you revise your paper.
Dear Author:
Congratulations! We have been notified that your paper has been accepted for publication in the proceedings of the Fifth Annual International Conference on Computer and Information Science (ICIS 2006)to be held 12-14 July 2006, in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Your final paper submission will be submitted directly to the publisher IEEEE. Please observe the IEEE instructions at the bottom of this email when you submit your paper.
Check the conference web site for registration form and instructions. Note that only papers from registered authors will be published in the ICIS/COMSAR 2006 proceedings.
The reviews and comments are attached below. Again, try to follow
their advice when you revise your paper.
Congratulations on your fine work. If you have any additional
questions, please feel free to get in touch.
Best Regards,
Brian Mallory

*****Instructions from IEEE ******
There is an online author kit that provides instructions regarding
• page limitations
• paper formatting---Please remove all page numbers.
• paper and copyright deadlines
• copyrights
• reprints
• paper submission---You will see notification regarding your successful paper transmission in the pop-up window. No additional e-mail confirmation will be mailed.
IEEE PDF eXpress is not a submission site. After reviewing your paper and checking for accuracy, authors must follow the submission instructions found at the author kit Web site.
Note the following:
1) For users of non-Windows-based systems: We have tested the online submission process and we find that, in most instances, authors who use a Windows-based system do receive notification of successful paper transmissions. Your mileage with other systems may vary but please feel free to try.
2) Authors do not need to compose their documents using a Windows-based system.
3) We will check all papers and notify you if we find problems with your documents or if we have not received your work.
4) Please understand that, due to our full workload, we cannot acknowledge receipt of paper and copyright form. We will contact you only if problems arise.
5) Getting pdflatex to generate embedded fonts for the 14 standard ones, you may wish to access this Web site---

These instructions are for Linux-based systems, but the basic information (the name of the file to edit, what changes to make to it, and what to do to update the other associated configuration files) applies to a Windows-based system.
You can access this author kit as follows:

Thousands of routing protocols (and evaluation of) have been proposed over the
years. This paper does not appear to add anything significantly new to
protocols and evaluations already proposed, however the concepts of ARON and
capillary routing as proposed and discussed by the author may still be worthy
of discussion in a conference, and may lead to new innovative ideas.
Some suggestions for improving the paper:
1. The usefulness of ARON needs considerably more empirical studies and
validation than that mentioned by the author. This is also true of capillary
routing. The results of such empirical studies and additional validation need
to be included in a revised paper.
2. The rambling/review style of the discussion makes it difficult to pinpoint
what new information or idea is being proposed. The author needs to be more
explicit about this.
3. There are grammatical mistakes in many sentences. These have to be
carefully checked and corrected.
