I have had a few questions about changing the ICIS conference dates from July 12-14 to July 10-12 so I will explain more why we did this.  Orginally ICIS 2006 was scheduled on July 10-12 but the hotel people said space was not available on July 10 & 11 so we changed the dates to July 12-14.  After this we co-sponsored with IEEE and IEEE negotiated the hotel contract and booked the hotel for July 10-12 (our earlier dates).

Monday we realized the date conflict so I called the hotel but July 13 & 14 are completely booked forcing us to go with July 10-12.  I notified you on Tuesday about the change.  

I accept responsibility for the communication problem between ACIS and IEEE.  If this has caused a problem for you email me and we will do what we can to help you.
