Malgré ces perturbations, et surtout grâce à votre fidélité, Switzernet va prochainement fêter les deux ans de ses services. Pour marquer cet anniversaire et vous faire profiter des baisses de prix rendues possibles par les changements techniques et l'augmentation du volume d'appel, nous poursuivons notre politique de baisse des prix :

Pour mieux vous satisfaire, les récents changements d’infrastructure nous permettent aussi dès aujourd’hui de proposer des numéros avec l’indicatif 022 à nos clients de la région genevoise.

De plus, du 20 au 30 juin, nous offrons à tous les nouveaux adhérents un rabais spécial de 50CHF sur le prix des appareils.

Trotz dieser Störungen und besonders dank Ihrer Treue, Switzernet wird demnächst die zwei Jahre seines VoIP-Dienstes feiern. Dear Switzernet customer,

During last weeks numerous service interruptions were taking place. We thank you for your patience and for you understanding. Be sure that we worked very hard to minimize the number of interruptions as much as possible.

 

Despite the technical problems, and especially thanks to your fidelity, Switzernet will soon celebrate two years of its services. To mark this event we are announcing special decreases in our prices:

 

Price reductions were possible mostly thanks to the changes in the current network infrastructure and the multipoint interconnections with several national operators. Another important contribution is the increase of the volume of calls and the number of customers (even during the period of interruptions).

 

Our new infrastructure allows us to propose starting from today phone numbers with 022 prefix (for Geneva).

 

From 20 to 30 of June, we also offer to all new customers a special deduction of 50CHF on the price of the SIP phones and adapters.

Do not forget that in the event of recommendation of a new subscriber, Switzernet offers you a communication credit of 18CHF, an equivalent of two months subscription.

 

Although having reached an important step, we keep on working on our services to provide you the best possible quality. Both to solve the known technical issues and to propose new functionalities (e.g. number portability, fax support, Voicemail etc.). Infrastructure upgrades in Switzerland may continue until the end of 2007. However, we hope that this step was the most painful and there will be no more serious interruptions.
