Outages in the Geneva’s POP of Switzernet

Due to a major crash in a Geneva POP we experienced partial service outages within the following the window of time between 12:00 and 17:15. Below is the chronology of the events:
[12:00] Incoming and outgoing calls are blocked
[13:30] Outgoing calls are re-routed through average quality routes (CLI transmission is not guaranteed)
[16:15] Operation of incoming calls with high quality is re-established
[17:00] Calls to Swiss fix and mobiles are re-established at high quality
[17:15] Calls to all destinations are re-established completely - the service is 100% up and running
