Voice media problem for outgoing calls

Short interruption of service occurred between 14:30 and 15:00. The problem affected outgoing calls only. The incoming calls were working fine.

During the outage period the voice media was not passing through for outgoing calls. The destination phone was ringing with a right CLI number, but there was no sound when the call was picked up.

The service was re-established on 14:55. We are sorry for this temporary interruption:

The problem was caused by the fact that the 183 and 200 status codes of PSTN were not re-transmitted back to the registrar servers by the relay gateways of Geneva.
