Emails sent to billing@switzernet.com are manually tagged into three classes (explain, cash, account). The chart shows the emails of customers according to their tag and their reply status. Since the treatment of emails is continuously in progress the distribution picture changes over the time.

For January there are 60 pending e-mails for the ‘account’ class.

For February there are 64 untagged emails. There are also 110 non-replied e-mails for the ‘account’ class, but most of them are due to erroneous duplications (possibly occurred during the color swapping). The chart will be updated after the removal of the erroneous duplicates.

For March there are pending emails for all three classes.
