This document presents the statistics of answers to billing questions of customers. A classified treatment of emails of billing@ is started at the beginning of 2008. Emails sent to billing@switzernet.com are first tagged into three classes (‘Explain’, ‘Cash’, and ‘Account’) according to their content and then replied.

The chart shows the statistics as of today. The total number of questions is partitioned according to their class and their reply status. This distribution continuously evolves over the time as new emails arrive and as their treatment progresses.
