Nous avons constaté une mauvaise qualité de la voix pour les appels à destination de l’Armenie – Yerevan (+37410) et ce concernant un seul de nos fournisseurs.
Les résultats suivants sont ceux trouvés pour la période du 01 juin au 10 sept. 2009 : |

Les valeurs des colonnes ASRn et ACD sont calculées d’après les valeurs de la ligne à l’aide des formules suivantes : - ASR1 = (problem + short + connected) / all calls - ASR2 = (short + connected) / all calls - ASR3 = connected / all calls - ACD = (all seconds / (problem + short + connected)) / 60, c’est le temps moyen des appels (en minutes)

The column values ASRn and ACD are calculated from the values of the line with the following formulas: - ASR1 = (problem + short + connected) / all calls - ASR2 = (short + connected) / all calls - ASR3 = connected / all calls - ACD = (all seconds / (problem + short + connected)) / 60, it is the average time of calls (in minutes)
