It has been a long time that Switzernet was unable to treat the increasing number of billing questions. Since a few months we are creating a workgroup and a set of related documents for treating the billing support requests in a more efficient fashion. A team is now working, and we hope that this will improve the quality and the number of our responses to the billing questions of customers.

 

Emails sent to billing@switzernet.com are manually tagged into three classes (explain, cash, account). The chart shows the numbers of emails of customers according to their tag and their reply status. Since the treatment of emails is continuously in progress the distribution changes over the time.

The displayed values correspond to the number of replied e-mails for each category.

For January there are 60 pending e-mails for the ‘account’ class.

 

For February there are 64 untagged emails. There are also 110 non-replied e-mails for the ‘account’ class, but most of them are due to erroneous duplications (possibly occurred during the color swapping). The chart will be updated after the removal of the erroneous duplicates.

 

For March there are pending emails for all three classes.
