Add a field, “total received during the current interval”. Correct the header of total calls of previous interval. The header must be not “the interval” (suggesting the current one), but “the previous interval” Simplify: “Target balance” instead of “Target load balance” Make the corrections of the legend at the bottom of the page (as shown in the attached DOC file).
